Never received it

Sorry to hear you didn't receive your package of the two Duchies. We made and posted them out shortly after your order and tracking number was sent. It looks like Australia Post hasn't delivered (one system said they couldn't be delivered to the address provided) or even processed them. We will follow this up with them and keep you updated.
