💫 30-Day Product Warranty

We want your purchase to arrive in perfect condition — because she’s got a job to do. If your item is damaged on arrival, please get in touch with us right away (ideally with a photo), and we’ll assess it for a replacement.

If she breaks within 30 days of purchase while being used as intended, just let us know — we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. Please note: we can only cover issues related to everyday, intended use (no styling experiments gone rogue or more then 30 seconds in the microwave, sorry!).

Because our products are handmade and in high demand, there’s a slim chance your item may sell out while you’re finalising your order. If this happens, we’ll contact you ASAP to offer the next best option — whether that’s a different colour, a wait while we restock, or a full refund. Your choice, always.
